Syndicate Guidelines

As of January 1, 2006, five regional or state equine publications are running monthly installments of equine stories I have written. Six additional magazines are picking and choosing individual installments and 9 are shopping each month.

A few items:

The stories will be posted via MS word attachment.

A new syndicated story will arrive on the first of each month.

Although these are edited and ready to go, feel free to rework them as you wish.

The original layout will be downloaded as a sample but you need your own photos or drawing.

You can pick or chose, you do not need to take all of them, you run them whenever you want, whatever....

The working syndication title is "Horse Tales"

Over 60 more horse and horse people stories are in my stable.

My record keeping is pathetic. Let's keep this very simple. When you run a syndicated story in your magazine, please do two things;

1-send $40 per story.
2- and send me two copies of the issue when it appears.

Once again, I want to keep this simple. I'll post a story. You take a look and decide to run it or delete it.

Your readers will enjoy the content. Even if you are a hard-core, breed specific publication, this will be a nice change of pace. You should enjoy having one less page to worry about. Feel free to e-mail or call.
